Celebrates 5th Anniversary
Private Motor Coach, Inc.
today announced that 2004 marks its 5th year in
business. "We're celebrating!" says Ed Lonsbary, Founder and
President of Private Motor Coach, Inc. as he ponders how
quickly the time has past since launching his
entrepreneurial travel business on January 25,
1999. "It's our five-year anniversary, a major achievement
for any small business."
Lonsbary's idea blossomed
from his own wanderlust and he sticks to his corporate goal:
“To offer a life long memorable travel experience, and to
develop a lasting friendship with each and every traveler”.
What does he do? He simply takes nice people
Anywhere-Anytime there's a road to travel in North,
Central or South America. Whether it's for leisure, business
or a special need, Private Motor Coach, Inc. travelers ride
in the comfort of a luxury motorcoach bus conversion known
as "Patty's Charm" which Lonsbary named for his wife.
“Patty’s Charm” is outfitted
like a RV built inside a 40-foot long bus. Features include:
a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, washer/dryer,
queen-sized bed in the private bedroom, efficient storage
areas, and two televisions, and a VCR. Lonsbary serves as
the driver and escort. Five years and 85,000 miles later,
Lonsbary says, "I guess my idea wasn't so crazy after all."
Lonsbary founded Private Motor Coach, Inc. when he retired
from a corporate career. In August of 2001, he moved the
company from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Whitehouse, Texas
to have a business centered between the Americas.
